“I usually don't do reviews but I'm so mad right now. I was so excited to get this bed so I paid over 1,000 for it and it didn't come with tools or the instructions that I needed the delivery guy lied and told me that they were in the storage of the bed but it wasn't. So I called the store to see what the hell was going on and she told me to call the delivery people.They said they have to put it together to get the instructions. So why you lied and said it was in the storage bin. So now they want me to pay 100 for set up that should be free because they lied to me . I'm never shopping here again ????. Update I'm going to give it 4 stars because the manager came out of his way to put it together and make it right ????.”
“Holly was absolutely amazing. She took her time and was very patient with us and our 2 year old toddler. She put together many configurations to help us find what fit our home best as well as showing us multiple fabric swatches, checking multiple delivery times and was very thorough in explaining to us the frame/build of each couch to find what fit our needs best. Highly recommend Holly! The store was absolutely beautiful and had so many amazing pieces we fell in love with from couches to small decor. We will definitely be back as we furnish our new home room by room.”
