I was charged a fee to be in the same room as our senior dog for him to be put to sleep. There should not be a fee for that. Its hard enough without adding additional charges to the already fee of having to put fur babies down. Ridiculous.

I picked up my baby with bleeding quicks and a cut ear. She was sedated to be groomed. Not sure how you cut the ear of a dog that’s literally sleeping. I was not told about this. I saw it after I got in my car to bring my girl home. She was bleeding so bad that my shirt was full of blood and had to go back into the vets office to request them to get her paws/nails to stop bleeding. The claimed they didn’t see any blood upon giving her to me, not sure how that was possible. She was still coming off of the sedation meds so she was shaking and drooling profusely. When I gave my shaking, scared dog back to the vet tech(to get the bleeding stopped) she walked her to the back with arms extended as if she was scared to get blood on her scrubs. The vet tech and the vet also referred to my dog as a “he” the entire time. She’s a girl and has gone there for 4 years. Highly disappointed in the care my baby received. I have another dog, who is 9 years old. She’s gone there her whole life as well. The first time I got her groomed, I picked her up BALD. I will be taking both of my girls elsewhere. The office was amazing when Barbara Lucart was the vet, since Collins took over, I’ve seen the downhill spiral in care. We will not be back.

TERRIBLE experience!! Poor communication, unprofessional, and they returned my dog bleeding after a groom!! I would not recommend bringing your animals here

Staff is friendly and sweet but they're incompetent. The young lady kept requesting same information several times over phone just while scheduling appointment. Arrived 10 mins early to appointment, waited 45 mins past appt time before being called back to exam room and they called the wrong client name - didn't even have our file. Directed us to exam room that previous client with contagious skin condition was in and room had not been disinfected. Still had hair, skin flakes and claw trimmings from a cat on the table (who knows how many clients seen on this filthy table) The exam room was in disorder, light fixture coverings were missing, hair, dirt and who knows what else was in this tiny room. After in room for 30 mins, the incompetent front desk person who got the wrong file/name wrong came in to ask us why we were there and had to write the information on her latex glove?!? They apparently had no record of the symptoms I listed to representative when I made appointment and couldn't even be bothered to write them down in our dogs records. Our 15 yr old dog with sudden onset of trouble with balance, stumbling and falling over with concerns of neurological problems was cleared of any ear troubles (she's had chronic ear infections in past) and we were told "she probably just got into something, I see nothing wrong" and were told she was fine. We've had her for 15 years, she's not a puppy with problem chewing or getting into anything as we told the doctor - but our concerns were dismissed because her ears looked fine. We were there for 2+ hours and actually seen for maybe 5 mins and it was 1.75 hrs past our appt time before doc came in room. Never asked if we wanted blood work or labs done - totally dismissed. Our dog is still stumbling and falling over - if she had gotten into anything it would have been passed and she wouldn't be having this problem still. Don't trust this place, they're incompetent and they don't listen to you and your concerns for your beloved family member. We're now questioning the treatment of other family members pets that went here and they lost their pets sadly. Were they too having their concerns ignored? Was something missed that caused their deaths?

My dog was not given his necessary medication on time, despite me contacting the office. Four days later, I brought him in because he was very sick. He died that night at the vet clinic alone. I called the next morning to check on him, and the vet told me he had died. Horrible experience. The vet said nothing to me when I picked up my dog’s body. I would never refer anyone to this vet. My family lost a family member because the vet did not give me his medication despite knowing he could die without it.

I’ve been bringing my foster dogs here for a while. Now I’ve started bringing my own pups here. They’re great with surgery and pain management (the only services I’ve had so far have been spay/neuter) but will be bring my dogs for their annual checkups and shots soon.

Wonderful Veterinary Clinic! Staff is very Professional and The Veterinarian is very knowledgeable! I feel I am NOT being overcharged for the necessary care of my pet. I would definitely refer this VET CLINIC to everyone I know!

Brought my son's cat to get spayed and have her rabies shot. Everyone was nice. Fast drop off, fast call back & fast pick up. The price for services was great. No hidden additional fees & I didn't feel like someone was trying to make me buy stuff and products from other companies.

We took our new baby English bulldog here and Dr Collins was so knowledgeable about her breed. She answered all of our questions and concerns. The staff was helpful, friendly and the clinic pricing is the best in the area. Highly recommend this clinic!
