“The store's selection was fantastic; more than the average location. Their action figures, accessories, and video games were well stocked and organized. The layout of the store was organic and did not seem unencumbered.The missing one star comes from customer service. I was present in the store for more than 15 minutes, shopping on my own in an empty store, and I was not approached by the employee on staff or even greeted for that matter when I first walked in. I am very used to my local Gamestop being borderline obnoxious with their customer service/greetings and I can usually find everything pretty well on my own, but in an age where personal shopping is being snuffed out by internet shopping, a personal touch is imperative for the success of a retail shop.However, in their defense, this review is only based upon one visit, so take these words with a grain of salt. You never know what life lessons may come from an interaction, so don't short yourself by ignoring those experiences.Two cents added.”

“After having horrible customer service over the phone, I went to the store on O'Neal. The representative, a young man named Serente provided excellent customer service. He was the only one working but was able to help myself and another customer. He solved my problem and now I'm at home and happy!”
“So there I am, slinking the aisles looking at cool laptops l, when all of a sudden, and angry 5ft 7in boomer in a red shirt and ballcap decides to start screaming at employees. I was enthralled immediately. I can't quite make out what exactly he is saying, but there are a lot of expletives. So these poor employees are trying their best to calm the situation and maintain their professionalism. Aghast and considering what to do in defence of these employees (I am not an employee so I was fully prepared to make a fool of myself in their defence) when all of a sudden and large confident made strides in and takes center stage. He calmly takes control of the situation and disarms the belligerent boomer with tact and style while maintaining pure professionalism. I later learned he was THE MANAGER!!!! DUH DUH DUH!

“My favorite grocery store! And my daughters' favorite place for skincare, especially since they have a mini Ulta in there now. We've used the Target debit card for years so always get 5% off every purchase. I find the employees are very helpful. I do find that since their online ordering has picked up tremendously over the years, their customer service area inside is a little slower. Is what it is I guess because their app and online ordering is the best! As one of my girls puts it, "I could live at Super Target." All the food one could need, comfy places to use for sleeping in the home goods area, books, skincare, etc!”

A massive problem arose with activating my new iPhone that I won’t get into, but Greg did everything within his power to help us and ensure everything was handled as soon as possible.
