My wife brought my 2017 Nissan Frontier SV for a front end alignment. $190 and three hours later I was sent back with a truck with noise in the passenger front that I never had before. Took me multiple weeks and changing a bunch of front end parts just to realize that the technician never tightened the lower control arm bolts. My tires are all worn out of wack, but I luckily found the problem before my front end fell off. I would not trust these guys with another vehicle.

If I tried I couldn’t find worse customer service. Never come here in need of a quick fix. 2&1/2 hours for them to fix my tire. And I was the first person in the door

Garbage customer service. Waited 2 and a half hours for them to fix a patch they put on yesterday. Never coming back. Buying a new tire is cheaper

I’ve had a horrible experience with Diez Tire Company in Prairieville. I called the day before to confirm they had a lawn mower tire in stock. The guy I spoke with said that they had one. I brought it the next day around 1 pm and he told me that they don’t have it on hand and they need to go get it from their warehouse. (I should mention that he was rude at first.) I told him that when I called they made it seem like they had the tire there. So I told him I will pick the lawnmower up later that day. He said that’s fine and they will let me know when it’s done. Keep in mind I have a lawncare business and I need this mower and he knew that. I didn’t get a phone call from them so close to 5pm I called and I spoke to a lady and she told me that they still haven’t put the tire on. At this point I’m still thinking they’re going to do it before the end of the day because online it says they close at 5:30 pm. I was out running errands to I didn’t bother calling back. I swing by at 5:25 pm and they are closed! The hours on the door says they close 5 pm but online it says 5:30 pm they need to get that fixed too. After I get my mower tomorrow I will not be going back. I hope people proceed with caution when going to this place. They have a serious issue with communication.

I've attempted twice to use this company. The first time was for an inspection sticker. They were unable to perform the inspection for three days in a row. Now, today, I went to have a tire repaired from a screw. The lady at the desk informed me that she was too busy to help me due to the number of appointments she had. Had I known that, I would've made an appointment before I got the screw in my tire. Sorry to bother you ma'am.

Always great service. But recently, my mom needed repairs before going out of town for a family emergency. The people here made sure her truck was fixed and ready quickly so she could leave ASAP. The care they took to get her vehicle ready in a timely fashion was outstanding.

Amazing customer service! I dropped off my vehicle late morning, and I asked them to please check my alignment, and they called back within an hour to say, "All good!" I told them that something had to be wrong. I had a vibration in my steering. They were extremely patient and immediately said, "We'll check it again now that we know the issue you're having ." They determined that I had a broken belt in my tire. They verified that the other tires were fine and gave me a price for one new tire. They mounted it and had it ready early in the afternoon. They kept me informed and never brought up the poor communication on my part, which no doubt created some inefficiencies in their daily operations. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services or just a reminder of what a great customer experience feels like! Thanks, Diez!

I would not recommend going here for an inspection sticker. I find some of the staff to be very rude. I've heard them speak ill to other customers and I have now had two bad experiences with them trying to get an inspection sticker. I know I am only one person but I won't be returning.
