I have a thing for good customer service. Salute to Rachael for being super nice to anyone who came thru the door, anybody who she talked to on the phone. I waited two hours for my ride to ready. It's nice when people are nice. They did a nice job on my car. No complaints!

I needed my back glass changed out from it exploding, I bought a O.E.M glass from Mazda, but when I got there to drop everything off, it was noticed Mazda sold me the front windshieldInstead of the back, I returned the glass to Mazda and they said there were NO OEM back glass for 2021 Mazda 3 any where in the country and they were on back order. This was at 8:00am, Mrs. Racheal said she could have a aftermarket glass there for 11:00am, I dropped my car off the day and they changed it out.The install looks good besides big clumps of putty in some places, not that big of a deal because the trunk hides it, but I’ll still notice every-time I open my trunk. Also I thought the glass was supposed to be vacuumed out and it’s everywhere inside car, chunks rattling in the door and shards everywhere, finding them in a the cracks of the seat. Thank you for servicing me same day and getting me in.

I had an oil change and tire rotation . I called on a Monday morning at 7:30 got there at 8:39 and back at my home at 9:30. These folks aren’t fancy just good and run a good business

My windshield was cracked more than half way across, and has all these different kinds of sensors built into it. Acadiana Glass & Tire had the windshield replaced in a shorter amount of time than I thought it would take.Then, I asked about tinting the two front row seat windows, which they also ended up doing this for me and I’m very pleased with the outcome (windshield and tinting)!Thank you Acadiana Glass & Tire!
