As far as the porta pottys go, this company is horrible, theres been one on this job for a month and hasnt been cleaned, maggots have decomomposed everything from sitting so long, its foul, the smell is horrendous, 6120 perkins if yall decide to want to clean it.

Update:The owner has called me to personally apologize/compensate for the below inconveniences after seeing my review. It is noteworthy of him to reach out to unhappy customers and shows he cares about his business. I am hopeful my experience was just a fluke and that this is not how this company operates on a regular basis. Again mistakes happen, and this owner went above and beyond to apologize for them.Original:Although customer service was OK and most issues were resolved, I had nothing but trouble with this company. They first delivered my dumpster to the wrong house and I was told it was a good thing I was able to locate where it was because if I hadn't they would have had to wait until someone called the number to report it. When it came time to pick up the dumpster, I emailed my contact on a Friday to pick up on the next Monday and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Monday the dumpster was still there so I emailed on Tuesday and Wednesday and got no response. Thursday rolled around so I called my contact and the dumpster was finally picked up that Friday. I kept my patience through all of that. Then, to top it all off, they overcharged my debit card for my services by $47.50 and charged an 18% EEC fee (which they do not mention at all while speaking to them, you have to pay attention to the quote) that should have been 12% according to the terms and conditions I signed prior to getting a quote. I will still be charged the 18% EEC Fee because according to them the quote that was updated is more binding than signing a contract. I understand people make mistakes, I myself make them all the time. However, this many mistakes for one service is too much.

On 3/27/22 I was on the interstate headed to highway 19 two car lengths behind a workbox truck. He hit three dips in the road. He had debris and rock coming out of the bed of the truck as well as from under the truck. Some stuff came out of the bed on my hood & scratches to the metal. Dents to the metal on front bumper & side fenders & windshield I stopped to try to collect some of it but traffic was too bad. I got back in & followed the truck to the dump. I followed the driver onto the scale. Informed him what happened he told me to call the number on the truck. I took a pic of the number & his plate. Call talked to Joann she gave me her email I sent pics & a description of what happened. I have several email with here but no response. Talked to a Mr. *****, after explaining he told me they have cameras on the front and back of the truck for that reason. They would review it. I said good you will see where I got out to try to get some of it but traffic was too bad and my dad said get in the car. He told me to get estimates and email them in. I got two. one with the windshield $3,492.84and one for just my paint $502.55. I informed him I care about my paint and if they did that and paid my deductible for the windshield I would let my insurance cover that. I have cameras and sensors on my windshield is why is is so much with the labor. Mr.***** has not taken my call or returned one since I talk with that one time. I presented ***** with Work Box with two options. Option A $4,089.27 which was my total repairs for my paint and windshield. Option B $2,477.95 which is just my paint I addition to them paying my deductible to cover my insurance fixing my windshield. I have a camera system attached to my windshield and they explain that is why it cost so much and you can only get it from Nissan. He said they have cameras on the front and back of the trucks for this reason. He should be able to see what happened.

Workbox was great to work with on the entire time on our project. Martin was great to work with, and the customer service was second to none. He made us feel like his biggest priority, and always made sure our needs were met even when it wasn't convenient for him or his scheduling.

I would give them zero stars if I could! Don't hire this company! They charged us almost $500 to dump our septic tank in our 5th wheel camper.
