Moved several personal items across country. Just a wonderful experience with U Pack. Always very easy and pleasant to work with. Always did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it and the price was outstanding. Can't give a higher recommendation. Would definitely use again. Thanks

We had a wonderful experience with U pack. We loaded our boxes and they were super accommodating. We had a lot of confusion around our move date and the customer service was impeccable. They were very accommodating. A few things did break but, we packed things a bit precariously.

I wanted them to do a quick move down the street I waited for 5 days and when they did come All of my stuff was broken after the ride and then They wanted 5,000$ for "My stuff breaking in there car"

I could not have asked for a better experience when moving out of state. From the very first call, I was amazed with the excellent customer service. The price was very reasonable and U-Pack stayed in touch the entire time. They exceeded every expectation and I couldn’t recommend a better company to use.

I had a "mini move" and only needed 7 feet of trailer space. I called a LOT of moving companies, and looked at a dozen options. UPack had the best price, outstanding customer service, great drivers from beginning to end, and also helped me schedule movers to load and unload (my movers in NY state were fantastic and the best I've ever worked with). I came in slightly under budget and couldn't have been more thrilled. Thanks!

Customer service was super helpful and responsive. They helped us get an extra container super fast when we ran into trouble. I hope to never do another long distance move but U-Pack made it super convenient and I would definitely use them again.

Moved a whole house using the trailer option and it couldn't have been simpler. They dropped off the trailer then we filled it to our needs, they picked it up and took it to our new location. We will use them in the future, if needed.

We were extremely pleased with our experience using U-Pack/ABF. They were very professional and their prices beat the competition. We did a terminal to terminal move from Salt Lake City to Baton Rouge. Both locations clean and organized, staff was very helpful at all times and their estimated delivery time was accurate. We will definitely use U-Pack/ABF for any future moves and would recommend them to anyone who is planning a long distance move. Excellent customer service.

Very good people. They pick up and drop off your stuff at your favorable time. Best thing about them is that they do not mix your stuffs with others in the trailer. I experienced best service from them.

Customer service was horrible! I was told I should have read the paperwork before I signed to understand why I was charged over double what the quote was. I was also told that I should have been lift the multiple heavy pieces of equipment that is required to use their moving trucks. I have never been robbed for more than $1,500 until using this company. I do not recommend!

Worked with them in the past and had a very similar positive experience this time with a trailer from OR to LA. Only bummer was I got charged for more space then I used but shame on me for assuming they would take care of it (which they are supposed to but because they didn't do their job I got charged for 6 more feet of trailer then I used). After a couple of calls to customer service they will split the difference with me but still pretty lame.

What you see is what you get. They drop the trailer, they move the trailer, they deliver the trailer. One fixed price. No hoops to jump through. I will use U-PACK for all my future moves!!!

My move from Denham Springs, LA to Marietta, Oh went flawless. Plus it was much cheaper than any other company that I received quotes from. Thanks for the excellent service and also thanks for the Veterans discount. I highly recommend them.

My move from Baton Rouge Louisiana to St. Augustine Florida was seamless with UPack. The drivers who dropped off the moving cube in Baton Rouge and delivered it to St. Augustine were just delightful and friendly and worked quickly. The customer service folks at the distribution centers in Port Allen LA and Jacksonville FL were attentive and knowledgeable and kept me informed about the transport/arrival/delivery of my moving cube. My only regret was not wrapping my larger items (dresser, coffee table, etc) in blankets or pads to cut down on rubbing/scratching during the transport. But other than a few cosmetic dings, all my things arrived unbroken and in great shape. A policy I particularly appreciated was that I had the option to have two cubes dropped off at my location in Baton Rouge. My belongings ended up fitting in one cube and the second empty cube was picked up and returned to the distribution center in Baton Rouge at no charge.
