If you are a store owner, don’t go with them. I used to purchase with them and when we closed their account we didn’t realize there was a pending payment. Instead of contacting us directly and clearing issue they sent it to atc without any communication with us. I tried calling their rep, office and others trying to resolve issue after payment was cleared and they are still not giving proper answers. Now will have to go to atc hearing 5 hours away to show that everything was paid and account is clear.So please find someone else for your store otherwise you will get horrible service and no proper communication.Edit: There was no direct contact. Would love to see any proof of contact. And yes ATC agreed that they should have done proper communication which is why they dropped all fines and cleared it.

I was an hour late getting to this reciever,I told them I was held up for 7 hrs at the stop before them,I was told it was my fault,so they had me wait at there dock 4 hrs,they told me it was my fault I was late regardless, no compassion, and flat out just don't care,the only reason why I put one star,is so I could leave this review

I wish they had a 0 star option don’t waist your time with this company until they get rid of the sales lady Linda she will come to your store chewing gum with the worst attitude. She is disrespectful. fighting me in my own store if her supervisor would like to see recording with audio. I am happy to show him. For now I am cancelling my account for more than 1 reason. Shame on her.
