Great communication!! The driver was delayed, but they let me know well in advance and kept me updated until his arrival. It was dark when he made it, but the guy was a pro. He had my truck hooked up and off to the shop very quickly. He assured me that I didn’t need to follow him; I was worried, but everything was handled properly. I’m inclined to request their service if I need towing in the future.

Arrived in a timely fashion but the Dispatcher told me one price for a water recovery then when the tow truck driver arrived he told me it would cost more than I was told over the phone. Then if that isnt enough my vehicle was damaged during the recovery process. I tried to inform the tow truck driver but all he tried to do was divert the responsibility from himself to avoid fixing my vehicle. I went and got my car checked by a professional mechanic at firestone and they even said that the damage came from a "strong pulling force". I had to come out of pocket for their negligence. Not the best experience imo

They charge $300+ a hour from the time they take the call.. if their tow guy takes 2-3 hours to get to you, that’s $600 before they even hook up to you! That ridiculously high!

They was amazing to talk to helpful and knowledgeable and got us out of a bin the driver was really cool and made it look simple and price was very reasonable compared to others in the area Thank y’all again

They came extremely fast with no problems. I was mad at the agent at first because she kept putting me on hold and i wanted to call back and apologize to her because it wasn’t her fault I was stranded. Thanks for the help and I would definitely call them again if needed.
