“Our refrigerator was purchased at Bellelo’s a few years ago and we just had a cooling problem with it, so we called and scheduled a repairman. Jason came and found out that it was under warranty but needed the factory to perform the worked. We were able to schedule the service for the next day. Jason was very professional and very polite. He also saved us a ton of money by asking us a few questions. 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I love Home Furniture Plus Bedding! I have shopped at the Airline Highway location many times over the years. This time was different. I went in to “look at” some items I saw online. Mr. Carl Hudson provided amazing customer service. He didn’t crowd me and wasn’t pushy but was attentive as I leisurely walked through the store to consider my options. He was so good that I purchased an entire living room setup with tables and the area rug to match and I LOVE IT! I will definitely return to this store and will request Mr. Hudson. “This was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had! The sales lady, Mashala, was super knowledgeable about every product we asked about. She was super friendly, not pushy or aggressive. She let us take our time and ask a million questions. We had been shopping around awhile and she was able to give us the best deal. “Is this place pretty pricey? Yes. Did this custom table take a while to be ready? Also yes. Do we love our table and was it worth it? Still a YES! It came out beautiful and we love it! Bonus is the staff was super friendly and helpful. We visited the store a few times before actually deciding to purchase. They were always great in explaining all the options and set expectations for how long it would take and pricing. This table will last a LONG time..probably longer than most people's first marriage. We are super happy with how it turned out and would highly recommend!”

I feel we all should stop and take the time to praise one another as it’s so dire in today’s world for more Godly light in humans, positivity and kindness to all.I wanted to leave a review for Phil, Perkins Road,Louisiana Nursey Associate who was more than exceptional. Not only did he stop to ask when passing if he could help in anyway, he was genuinely kind, a wonderful listener and taught me along the way about the plants we looked at for my urns. When I went plant shopping again (less than two weeks) for more to add in areas, he noticed me and stopped his work to come walk with me every step of the way just as he did the first time. To say the least his warm welcome, his genuine kindness, his gentleman gestures from pushing the cart , helping in picking each tree/plants up and loading it on the cart which I only intended to do myself, walking with me, get protective paper for my car to loading my SUV and making sure they were carefully placed and secure would make one stop and take in such extended efforts and care as this isn’t common any longer today. It was to say the least a breath of fresh air.Yes, it may be someone’s job but when there is selflessness and one genuinely moving/acting with their heart is what makes Phil a shining light that was so brightly obvious in today’s dark world. What a gem you have Louisiana Nursery!! May this review be read by the owners and may you Phil who does this everyday to everyone/stranger you encounter, when no one is watching, be recognized significantly for your selfless character and being such an exceptional gentleman and asset to this company. Perhaps during my next re-vamp of home furnishings, I will hit this place up again. They do have some stylish lamps, couches that were even too cool for outer-space and beds that from another world. I was thoroughly impressed. This is all part of the 1010 Nic space off of Nicholson, which is bringing forth the new age of shopping to Baton Rouge. I wish this showroom was my living room and bedroom. Furniture is hip, modern and classy for those that want a clean and sleek look for their living and/or office space.”

Willie Coates is a phenomenal salesperson and always accommodating even when I changed my mind SEVERAL times (two cancelled orders, multiple visits). He is such a professional and knowledgeable and kind. Then he turned me over to Emily the design consultant. She used her software to place the exact furniture into my space and had wonderful suggestions. The nicest incredibly knowledgeable people you can imagine. Never rushed me and always patient.
