Arbitrary hours, machine is difficult to use, and offers are offensively low.

Just disgusting. I went to the restroom and the toilet paper had blood on it. It was just gross. Soap dispenser was empty and no tissue to dry your hands. I went through the walmart and the shelves look like it was stock up in a hurry. I went to a lot of Walmart and this one seems to be handled by people who just dont care.
