My daughters car was broken into. They smashed her drivers side window and hit the front of her car. She is a full time student, works and on some club teams. Mindy understood this and they got her car back to her in 7 days!!! They did the paint and everything they could do beforehand. All glass was removed from every part of the car (it was EVERYWHERE). Once they had the parts, they put those on and our car was good to go. I cannot recommend Delaune's enough. If you are in Baton Rouges it is worth sitting in a little traffic for peace of mind and quality workmanship.

Jere DeLaune and his staff did an incredible job. My vehicle was damaged by an auto collision. That is a very difficult situation to go through. They made me feel at ease. You can’t even tell my vehicle received any damages at all. I am extremely impressed from the wonderful customer service I received. He and his staff were exceptional from the very first phone call of inquiry to his Office Manager, the assessment of the vehicle, speaking with Jere and him always available to answer any questions, getting my vehicle in quickly and the completion of all repairs promptly. Also, Jere made sure my car had an internal diagnostic check, my car was cleaned and washed when the repairs were completed. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. I promise you, Delaune's is the best! Trust me. You will regret sending it anywhere else. After my accident I brought my car to the insurance company's "preferred body shop" and that was a MISTAKE. They messed it up more than the damage from the accident. Delaune's was nice enough to take it fixed everything. They not only fixed what the first body shop messed up but they even found more damage that was caused from the accident and fixed it. Not only was the paint immaculate, but they were amazing to work it!

I had my Toyota Tundra repaired at Delaunes Auto Body and in a short time my Truck was completely repaired after i got rear ended. Delaunes did a great job and only took a short period of time to do the work. I am very satisfied and do recommend this business for your Auto Body Repairs. Completely Satisfied.
