Signed up for a business account back in August. Since then I was unable to access the account to deposit funds and never successfully got my debit card set up either. Each month I waa charged a service fee for the acount. I then had to come in person to cancel said account and had to pay an additional $20 just to have it closed. Needless to say I will be banking elsewhere and will NOT recommend Hancock whitney.

Average bank. Most regular bank services offered. Safety deposit boxes of various sizes available, as well as, an area to review contents if needed. Ample parking and fairly, friendly staff. Tellers are always pleasant and professional. Other staff, loan officers and higher up staff can be less than what one might expect. I have encountered times when I became frustrated trying to create basic POD accounts, discuss concerns with debit cards, as well as, retrieving new checks that have been mailed to their branch. But overall, I’m happy with their services.

Try calling their "customer service" line at 7am and to report a possible identity theft and get hung up on...I will be moving my accounts elsewhere...
