Your pharmacy people at the Ponchatoula one are the most rudest people ever. How do you guys stay open with those kinda attitudes???

The pharmacy in Ponchatoula is rude for no reason at all. They hung up on me and cancelled my refill request because the medication was out of stock. This removed my refill request out of queue from the waitlist.

Don’t waste your time at this location. Pharmacy staff were rude to me on the phone when trying to locate a prescription that was sent over. The person I was talking to proceeded to hang up on me. Pharmacy needs an attitude adjustment.
