The gym has a old school feel which is really awesome, the owner was super friendly, and overall I had a amazing workout. If there are any negative reviews, do not listen to them.

I was in Ponchatoula from out of town for storm work and needed a gym to lift at while I was here and after looking around it was a no brainer. Its an awesome mom and pop old school style lifting gym. If your a serious lifter and wanna enjoy using some old school machines, dumbells and plates you have to come here and it was all VERY WELL MAINTAINED! they also had a great cardio selection so they cater to anyone's needs. if you live in this area and aren't going here your crazy...... Cancel that membership at the corporate gym and support you local business!
