shopping at Maxway Ponchatoula. The cashier couldn't count or read. I was making a return and it did'nt give me proper change. From the receipt that I made the return on. They're unprofessional. And rude. They have a price displayed and charge you a different price when you get ready to check out. The male manager has a bad attitude. I would never shop there again.

I have been managing the MAXWAY in Ponchatoula for almost 3 years. The one thing I promised the community there was that I'd bring their store back to them. I have a very good customer base. Thanks to you all for the wonderful reviews.Let's make MAXWAY GREAT AGAIN!!!!

EDDIE IS A MANAGER THAT NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP!!! Attentions need to be took on him because of VERY VERY POOR customer service. He does not talk to females with RESPECT AT ALL!! I’m sure it’s with all of the customers if I (a female) encounter with the negativity. Very sad and business is loosing money due to him.

3 supervisors standing at front of store with 1 cashier running register about 7 people in line I spoke up n asked for cashier they finally got another cashier then . I was going to pay a compliment on getting store clean but I was rudely excuse with a " u have a nice day" with a ugly voice...wow what is customer service

If I could give this store a minus 5, I would. The store manager is the rudest & most disrespectful manager i have EVER met! He likes to belittle his customers infront of other customers by loudly telling his customers his complaints to embarrass them & always finds a problem or makes up a problem. I believes he gets a rush by picking out a customer to complain about. Gone is the days where the customer is always right. This manager truly has a power problem. He needs to be fired & get a job working with animals since he likes to treat his customers like dogs.

The manager mr harold very annoying and disrespectful I will be refunding every item that I purchased in 30 days .The customers were upset with him he called police for lady say how ugly he spoke to me .I just movedto Hammond and loved this store.
