The Christmas photos we took with Papa Noel and Minnie were the highlight of our holiday season. We've never done a gator tour with this particular company, but after visiting to have our photos taken, we are absolutely going to return. The Kliebert's are not only knowledgeable about their exotic animals and how to properly care for those of them in need of rehabilitation, and true Louisianans in the art of gator wrangling, but they make you feel like you are part of their family. We never wanted to leave. Naturally, we can't wait to go back!

They are the nicest most down to earth people. We enjoyed the pictures and the tour. Also their children are so respectful and the sweetest!

Unforgettable family experience and photo op holding Minnie the alligator. Also fun to interact with a bunch of other animals, including a very large and friendly white snake. Kids had such a blast and it was worth the drive to Ponchatoula from New Orleans area. Came here on a recommendation from a friend. We went in the winter so alligators were less active but glad it wasn't hot & humid. Great to hear that they're constructing a new facility, which should be a nice upgrade. Afterwards we got a late lunch at Raising Cane's in Hammond, only about 10min away.

They no longer have a crocodile. It escaped from the farm in November 2023. It migrated to a neighbor's pond and had to be dispatched.

We went to the gator farm on a Monday morning at 11 am. The office was closed. I tried to walk around the building in order to find someone in charge and met two really aggressive dogs that were trying to get after me. I‘m still in shock and had to get help from a stranger in order to get out of the situation. The dogs were right next to the guest parking spots and there was so warning sign. I called the phone number anyways since we came all the way from Germany. But no one answered. So this was the worst experience ever!!

Katy was a wonderful and informative tour guide. Kleibert & Sons is a great way to spend some time with your kids and in my case, grandchild, her friend and her grandmother.

Went on a Tuesday. Katie was working. She is amazing with the Gators and very educated.I went back on a Friday there were about 8 people outside already, the tour had started. I feel a bit cheated out if the 40 00 I spent for 2 adults and a child. They didn't even feed the gators while we were thereGoing to be trying insta gator farm next time

Katie was absolutely amazing with giving the tour and answering any questions we had. We got there mid-tour so joined the tour she was currently giving and then walked around on our own afterwards. I purchased a stuffed animal and then turns out my son put it back so I called her and we stopped back by to retrieve it.Also, props for this place also being kid-friendly. My 4 year old son had an absolute BLAST!

Sadly, we visited 25 years ago and had a much better experience. We found it to be very run down, no tours were offered (a tour was finishing when we arrived and when we paid, a tour was not offered). The animals appeared in decent condition. While feeding the ducks, our grandson was standing in the grassy walkway and was bitten by 15-20 ants. I do not think we will be returning any time soon.

I had a lot of fun during my brief visit here. I walked in during a tour so our guide Katie made sure to loop back around with me to make sure I didn’t miss anything. She was very well-versed with the animals and answered about every off the wall question I had. Lots of cool animals to spend time with, so I definitely plan on coming back at some point.

Despite several glowing reviews & photos, we found this attraction very disappointing. We walked into a dark, messy, empty office. Two dogs came from behind the counter, barking at us. We called out "Hello" but no response so we wandered outside toward the animals where we encountered two people, one of whom told us to go back & wait in the office. We waited over 20 minutes in the hot room until a woman finally came to sell us our tickets. Then we were told to walk around outside & look at the animals and she would come later to feed an alligator so we could watch. The area was poorly maintained and the water looked unhealthy for the animals. Eventually, the woman did come to feed two alligators who seemed very lethargic. She was knowledgeable when we asked questions. We drove 40 minutes to experience this "tour" but, from our experience, it was definitely a disappointment and we would not recommend it to others.

Place was pretty interesting. Our guide was new and wasn't really able to educate our group about the gators and other animals there. We were sent with a group that had already started so we were forced to skip the first bit and join a group tour already in session. There was a larger gator to hold but previous reviews mentioned much smaller gators were present and that wasn't the case during my trip which disappointed my daughter a bit that didn't want anything to do with the larger gator. Still a unique place when everything else is so modernized, this is an old fashioned road side attraction.
