Overall I've had good experiences with the service department. Everyone is usually polite, and they get me in for service as quickly as they can. My few complaints would be with some of the technicians. I have gotten my truck back with greasy fingerprints on the outside of the vehicle and risidual oil on the engine from being spilled . I also had a transmission service that the tech didn't replace the gasket, and it started leaking. They quickly fixed the problem, but those few things could have been easily avoided. The parts department has been great and helped me find multiple parts throughout the years, and sales and the body shop have been great to talk to any time I've had questions.

Overall a great experience. Easiest buy I have ever made. It being a used vehicle it has a small tear in the seam of the driver's side seat. We were told they would have it taken care of. Now to see if they are true to their word.

Gateway Ford staff are always friendly, greeting you with a smile. They don't give up until you are satisfied, putting you 1st. Gateway is clean and well organized. Service and parts departments are above excellent.

It's a dealership, nothing more, nothing less. Everything is expensive and they are willing to tell you anything to get you sitting down. I needed a rescan for a dash light, and the charge would have been 70$ for a plug and play device that takes less than 10 mins

Had a battery issue. They got me in right away. They diagnosed the bad battery and replaced it under warranty the same day even though I didn’t have an appointment. Great service.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation…saw on display above service desk that they do level kits. Said they started at $489 (which is almost $200 more than most custom shops charge) but figured it be good to have done at ford dealership so i asked for a quote. They came back with a $777 quote…almost double in price. And when i got my truck back the steering wheel isnt straight anymore and it pulls to right. Pitiful. Only reason they got 1 star is because they were friendly. Never go back

The service department is nice and the sales and finance were good as well. Everything was straightforward with the F150 I ordered and Rock was very helpful through the process.

Reader, don’t walk away from this dealership RUN. They have hidden charges and price “adjustments” most average buyers will not realize or understand until it’s too late.Back story, I am a life long Ford buyer, as have my family since Sr. built the T. Ford is my brand, Ford racing, Ford SVT and the Super Duty line of work trucks. My wife is taking me on a road trip out west and wanted to buy her first brand new car for the trip and was very excited. So I took her down to the blue oval to make it happen.BUT... a funny thing happened.Ford advertised the vehicle she wanted for 22 grand and change, and the usual dealer mark up of about 8 percent making it 24 and change. plus tax, title etc. 26-ish OTD. Cool. And they had one on the lot. Cool.First red flag, they wanted all her and mine personnel info from jump so they could spam us later, and wanted to know how we were paying for it, before we even saw the vehicle. bad form.OK, Second red flag, the manufacturer sticker was removed.Third red flag, we had to ask what the asking price was, the salesman said slickly "oh there is a dealer adjustment..." and then he got quite, when I pressed him on what an adjustment was, he said 10 grand above market value! This COVID profiteering. This is taking advantage of people. So much for building generations of customers by offering quality vehicles that the common man can afford. There is no way Dearborn is allowing this practice to go down on their name. Sr. is spinning in his grave.FYI reader,So for the first time in my life we went down the street and bought a TOYOTA Tacoma which turned out to be very clean, and well put together little truck. The build quality blew the doors off the Maverick and even the Ranger. The salesman was very cool, and laid back, their staff was also cool, The place was clean, and that dealership DIDN'T try to hustle my wife.I am so annoyed they tried to rip off my wife. I sent a letter to the glass house. So to recap, the $22,000 base model car will cost 33,000-34,000 plus, by the time you roll out. So Y'all do the math on an F150 or super duty etc.Good luck reader.

I took my car to gateway to have my brakes fixed they kept it overnight when I picked up the next day as I was leaving the lot I noticed my windshield was cracked traffic was busy so it took me a few minutes to get turned back around and returned to the dealership at that time they told me no one had driven it and they didn’t know how it could’ve happened.Wayne Richardson and Alan Wozniak both told me the same thing no one had driven it. When we returned the next morning Mr Wozniak came in the room already with an attitude and raising his voice telling me that now yes somebody did drive my car to test drive it and the only reason he admitted it is because they knew it said so on my receipt and accused me of driving it on the road and a rock hit me in that short time window or even if it happened on the lot (which it did) Ford was not responsible for it when my husband asked him to lower his voice he said his voice wasn’t elevated but it kept getting louder then my husband asked him why he had such an attitude he then told my husband that he didn’t have an attitude he then told my husband that you don’t want to know how bad his attitude can get and that we should get out. Can we afford to fix my windshield of course we can but why should we have to when we left our car in their hands. Further more we take responsibility for our actions and don’t go around blaming Ford or anyone else for something that might have happened to us. Mr Wozniak is a liar and a bully oh yes we are 73 years old we don’t go looking for trouble we just wanted our windshield fixed I would recommend anyone go to Gateway Ford
