If I could give a negative star I would, completely unprofessional used dealership.
I worked never deal with Zach or this dealership again.
First when we bought the car we were promised 2 headrests as part of the deal, after months of calling, we received one and was told that was it. Then later on promised by the manager we would get the other and still 2 months later nothing.
Even worse, we traded our car in during the purchase. Only to find out later on they sold the car and didn't transfer it out of our name. Later to find out the car got impounded and we were being sent a bill for 1k and rising for it. They handled this as they should, however that should have never happened..... if this person hurt someone it could of come back on us.....
Goodluck getting someone to answer.... I've left multiple voicemails for the used sales manager over the last 4 months and never got a call back once.

After calling earlier in the week to see if the vehicle we were interested in was available, we driver an hour to see the car. When we got there, the car was an embarrassment. Pieces of the paneling were missing, the inside was stained, the backseat area was extremely scratched, there was rust spots on the side mirrors, the car mats and back headrests were missing, the steering wheel leather had been heavily worn away, AND it was clear that the leather on the inside of the doors had been badly spray painted. None of this had been shown in the pictures, nor was it mentioned when we ask after the car initially. Just in case, we tried to take it for a test drive. But after only a half mile, the car was shaking too much for us to feel comfortable taking it any farther. After getting me unstuck from the driver’s seatbelt that initially wouldn’t release, we noticed that the back left tire was completely missing a wheel weight. Just an absolute embarrassment, especially with it only being from 2016 with only 91k miles. The fact that they were asking almost $19k for this as well? Ridiculous. Would not recommend going to this establishment. Attaching pictures (zoom in for car damage) as proof.

Meh. Maybe just a bad experience on that specific day, but after scouring the internet for months before deciding on the type of car I wanted, they seemed not to have much of anything.

What bumped this from a 3 star to a 4 star review was the extra effort by sales consultant Corey Raiford. When some unusual circumstances arose, Corey went above and beyond to work the situation. He made it so that we were able to get things done remotely. I ended up with a good vehicle at a great price in the midst of inflation and the pandemic. Thanks Corey!

Called twice to verify vehicle availability before driving 45 minutes to get it. Once I got to the lot not only was the vehicle not there but it was at a different lot and loaned out to a different customer. Very shady business dealings trying to up-sell you a vehicle. Avoid this dealership and their distrustful business practices.

Wish I could give zero stars. Don’t waste your time! Told the saleswoman we were coming out of town.. they emailed me the car was there the day before. We called an hour before arrival and she said it was there. Wasted gas and time to be told the car sold 4 days prior.
