Purchased a Cypress Glider - Decided to make my purchase from a Louisiana Company, so I ordered my Mom a Glider for Christmas from Louisiana Cypress Swings and Things - Took a two and a halve hour drive to Pollock Louisiana to pick up Her Glider - I cannot express enough how nice this Glider is and how Mr. Jason worked with me through the purchase - The workmanship is impeccable; you will not buy a nicer Glider anywhere, especially at this price - Thank You Mr. Jason for my Moms work of art Glider, my Mom Loves Her New Glider - With Sincere Thanks William Kirkwood (Billy)

I have not purchased from them myself but I wanted to leave a review specifically on their products. My grandfather bought a swing bed from them and after me and my children enjoying it so much I asked him where he got it just so I could leave a review. It’s beautifully crafted and is so sturdy and just great for enjoying time outside relaxing. Definitely worth the price and hopefully will be getting my own in the future. Highly recommend and my grandfather does too! Like I said I didn’t purchase directly but for that VERY particular old man to say they were great people to buy from that says a lot!

I've rarely encountered a vendor so responsive, and so willing to answer questions concerning his product and its installation. Jason's firm is first rate. His swings are beautiful, brilliantly engineered (ie, easy to assemble), and comfortable (and I've had lumbar issues throughout my adult life). I Ordered a swing. After receiving no notification of order receipt I inquired about shipping date. I was then, after they had my money, rather tersely informed of the three-5 week lead time. Once it did arrive, five days before the birthday it was a gift for, it was warped and literally pulling itself apart. The arms were left with drill flash and the workmanship was mediocre at best. I called and was, once again rudely, informed that the seller was at lunch with his family. 0 concern for the member of my family for whom this was a gift. He agreed to a refund and return. The day was saved by a seller in East TX who can build one in 2 days and deliver it on Sunday in person. This company has no interest as t in doing professional work or in doing business professionally.

Great folks. I have brought a couple swings. One special order swing. Everything exceeds my expectations. It is well worth the trip to pick up your swing. The folks are friendly professional and prompt I would give them 10 stars. The value is more than worth the price paid. I am just swinging along very happy.

AVOID!! We have been regular customers of Louisiana Cypress for several years and have been many swings from them. This last round, we bought five porch swings and ordered them to be weatherproofed. After three months of use, they began getting mildew spots all over them. We contacted the owner and he agreed that based on what we were seeing, they were not weatherproofed as ordered, however, he was unwilling to help us remedy the situation and told us we should have known they weren't weatherproofed when the arrived. We paid over $1,100 for these swings, and he wanted to give us $100 back and thought that was a generous offer. Now we are left in a mess and having to have all the swings cleaned and resealed at our cost. I was shocked by how unethical this company was. I would stay away.

Love the swing we got from Louisiana cypress swings and things . Great workmanship. It looks beautiful in our yard and I chose cypress for its durability.
