I regularly do pick up from the store. I have never had to pay a fee for this service. I went to do an order and I am being charged 4.99 for the service. If you are paying employees on an hourly wage then this fee should be part of their job and not cost the customers an additional fee. Things are already high in this world and to add more fees is ridiculous.

I'm visiting Louisiana, and this was my first time in Rouses grocery store. It is a great store. I'm very picky with my grocery stores and was very impressed. I will definitely do my food shopping here while I'm in Louisiana.

Just got done getting my groceries with a friend, upon unloading my cart, the cart retrieving employee stood by me without saying a word tapping his foot to try to rush me until I was done all while staring at my figure...he then took my cart and took my friends, my friend thanked him and the employee rolls his eyes at him? Now this normally would not bug me if this is his job and we're the only carts he has to retrieve. However the cart returns had carts in them. It made me super uncomfortable.
