Someone hit my truck in a parking lot and did not leave a note or anything. I call Holly at Paul Farmer State Farm Insurance Agent and they took care of the whole process. I went and received a quote for the damaged and call them and they did the rest. I highly recommended Holly at Paul Farmer State Farmer Insurance Agent.

Paul Farmer and his entire staff are incredible. They are kind, caring, patient, always willing to give advice. They are always ready to help you and listen to your concerns and needs. Truly cares about their customers and clients. Second to none customer service and goes way above and beyond to ensure you and your family are covered and even help with discounts. They sent weekly reminders and helped track down my daughter’s driving certificate just so I could keep the discount. Highly recommend and will continue business with them for myself and family.

I just want to say that I have been a customer of Paul Farmer’s State Farm in Plaquemine for over a couple of years now (over 5 for sure). I have never been disappointed with their response time to answer questions or their ability to explain my insurance coverages and needs for my homeowners insurance, auto coverage or life insurance. Their staff is competent and patient no matter how big or small my concerns are.
