Based on my experience at the store, I promise I will not go to any other location unless he’s there. He did a amazing job with explaining every process of the way. Most times I go to take 5 I be ready to go instantly but I actually was okay with the wait(even though it was not much of a wait) I enjoyed my visit. “Other then getting the wrong quote over the phone and when I went in they would not honor the price. The guy that I talked to over the phone gave me the price for the wrong tires and was standing right there and told the manager that he did. She did not try to help out with the price difference at all. She just chalked it up to there was a mix up.”
“I went to Take 5 after going to another oil change facility and the other facility created an error on my car. The Saturday team (Anthony and all) looked at my issue, and told me we can fix it. No issues. They told me come back to the facility, and we will fix the oil drain plug at no charge. I definitely am a very satisfied and will be coming back to Take 5. I highly recommend Take 5 to anyone. They care about the people that come to get service.”
