They are not available for emergencies. All you get is the answering service referring you somewhere else. Our animals have gone there for years, but when our sweet baby needed help, we were treated like a number.

We are slowly getting back to normal and catching up on things we need to do at home. Peggy and I would like to thank Animal Medical Center, Dr. Jenny Thistlethwaite Troutman, Dr. Patrick Thistlethwaite, and the staff for taking such good care of our cats while we were on vacation. They all treat us like family there and we never have to worry about our animals while we are away. They are housed in the "Clement Condo" (Jenny's office) so they are all together and not confined in a kennel. Thank you again for your care and attention to our cats. They are home and happy!
