I bring my fussy Jack Russell terrier here to get his nails clipped. He won't let me do it and I've taken him places were they really are reluctant to take him. He has been muzzled by some groomers. This doesn't seem to happen at the groovy pet grooming. I just think that these groomers have a way with pets. He's a jack, so there's always a little bit of drama with cutting his nails but this business has a customer for life with my little guy Timbale.

Abby is by far the best pet groomer I've ever used. Her attention to detail is top notch. Her and my pup have a great relationship. I'm so thankful we found Groovy and Abby!

We recently moved to the area and needed to trim our doggies talons. Our lab mix is recently blind and our elderly minpin has very weak back legs so we were looking for that extra level of care and compassion and we found it here at Groovy Pet Grooming. From the moment I called I knew it would be a great fit. Even as we waited and watched our pups get their paws pampered, other clients came in for grooming and you could tell they were at complete ease leaving their babies in the care of this crew. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Our little dog does not like her nails trimmed in the least. It is quite a traumatic experience for her. She loves going for rides, bit freaks out when we pull up to the vet where she has her nails cut. We came here because Yelpers reviewed it so highly. They were not wrong. Here they grind the nails not cut them. I handed her to the groomer. A minute later I heard the nail grinder going but no whining or squeeling like she usually does. I just had to peek around the corner to see what was happening. One groomer was cradling her while another one was grinding her nails. She was calm and not resisting. A few minutes later they brought her out. The cost was substantialy less than we paid the vet for a nail trim. Groovy Pet Grooming just got a new customer for life.

I can see why this place is such highly rated on both Yelp and Google. Our miniature dachshund has PTSD (not kidding) from a traumatic nail trim experience in the past. She hates anyone touching her feet due to above experience. Her nails were super long due to not going to the vet during the pandemic and us not being able to keep up on her nail trims. After doing some research, I came across Groovy Pet Grooming. I was impressed by the many 5 star reviews and decided to give them a try. They accept walk-ins so we took our dog in early on a Saturday morning. We explained that she has major anxiety about her feet, and it's best of she is held while trimming her nails. Bella was shaking like a leaf, but we felt comfortable handing her over to the groomers capable hands. They have dividers, but you are able to see into the grooming area. When my husband peeked over the barrier he noticed that one of the staff members was holding her, while the other used the grinder. He said that she was still and did not look traumatized. Such a relief from prior experiences. We were glad that they used a grinder on her nails and not a clippers. Bella did Yelp and whine, but we chalk that up to she hates nail trims, not that the staff was hurting her. 10 minutes later, she was handed back, we paid the $12 and walked out the door, all 3 of us happy. I am so glad we found this place and we will definitely be bringing Bella back for routine nail trims. Well done, Groovy Pet Grooming.

Always do an amazing job and are super patient with our pup who is always a bit hesitant to hope out of the car and be led away by a stranger. Great value and excellent service.

My sister takes her skittish lil dog here for canine nail care so when I was visiting her, I took both of our dogs to get the nails trimmed. We were very happy with the experience! We just showed up, no appointment, and waited by the door for them to open it for us. They charge $12 per nail trimming per dog and did an excellent job. They cut the nails much shorter than I would have felt confident to do and had no issue with my doggie being a pit bull mix. I would definitely come here again. See you there!

Our first visit was for a nail trim for our sweet, energetic red fox lab rescue. They were so great about the nail trims we did, both times were "walk ins". They are very conscious of necessary protocols due to C-19. Very professional and friendly. We took him back for grooming last week. Great price (less than $35), nails were beautifully trimmed using a grinder instead of clippers, hair was trimmed just right, coat was super shiny. He was super happy! This is definitely our go to place for grooming. Highly recommend them.

Always take my nervous pitty/chihuahua here and they handle her so well! She always leaves from her visit so relaxed. All the groomers are excellent and are so quick, I've never had a bad experience here.

After our groomer retired I was very nervous taking my Sophie somewhere else. With covid I couldn't inspect or get aquainted with a new place. I am very pleased with my experience, so was Sophie, no shaking or panicked behavior. And importantly she looks adorable! Thank you!!

Walk up service - no appointment needed for a nail clip. Just call when you get there and a friendly nail tech comes and grabs your pooch. Quick and wonderful service - only $10! Will be back.
