“Very satisfied with a previous repair and this one but communication was lacking this time. On Wed I was told my car would be ready the next day (Thu), but I never got a call so I ended up calling him Fri morning and afternoon before my car was ready around 2pm (my daughter needed to go to an eye doctor in BR unexpectedly, my car had been there since Mon afternoon, and I needed to know if I would get it back before the weekend).”
