To start off, I don’t think I’ve ever taken the time to write a review of a business.
I’ve been here a few times, mainly for the convenience. Very ordinary vet experience, nothing special.
I brought my new kitten in about a month ago for shots.
Over 2 days ago I drop off a stool sample because he was pooping blood. He’s a baby & clearly I’m very concerned. I’m thinking they would get back to me by the end of the day. (Fecal sample results are usually instant when you’re at an appointment)
I call the next day, after lunch. Again, I’m still very concerned. She tells me very passive aggressively, “yeah they’ll call you with the results”. So I proceed to say okay well I’m pretty worried, he’s a kitten & hes pooping blood. “Yeah, they’ll call you with the results.
Oh & not to mention I *PAID* for the test before I left. They still have yet to call me & it’s about to be the weekend. I’d call to request a refund due to inadequacy & lack of service, but it’s not even worth it. Safe to say I am never returning, nor trusting them with my pets. There’s no excuse nor reason this was handled so badly. I’m absolutely disgusted by the lack of care & concern as a veterinary practice.

Good vist feel like my concerns were addressed and resolved..will return! Only negative at check there was a huge mistake on my invoice but they fixed it!

They are so kind and attentive with my pets. You can tell they really care for the animals. They got my cat Luke in even though I was a bit behind so he could get the care he needed!

As always, Dr. Jenny is wonderful with Rex and addresses all concerns. Everyone there is nice and professional. I would certainly recommend AMC to anyone.
