My car has been at Wiggins since the first week of December. I got December 28th as the date of completion on my car, it’s now February 11th and still no car. I understand a back order, no one can control that, but there is no reason whatsoever my vehicle should still be there. My new date was today, Monday February 11th I was told it would be at Southern Chevrolet to be checked for airbags and AC charge, it’s still not here! I even called this morning to double check that it would be at southern, it still is not. They usually do good work, but this is the worst customer service. If you are not 100% sure about dates, completion, etc, don’t say anything at all!!!!

After an accident they did the work for the insurance company. My truck looks brand new. GREAT JOB.

I am sorry Mrs. Linda Daigrepont if you were disappointed in the customer service. We took your car in the same day you showed up and it just worked out that we could take you home.We are a small shop and one of our workers was in the hospital and we just didn't have anyone to deliver it to you in the time you needed on the day the repairs were done . We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had to get someone to bring you to get it. We normally don't do that anyway in case of instances like this. We had just happened to be able to the day you showed up. Again we are very sorry!
