Yes hi I want to leave the review on the store right there in Tioga across from Macs fresh market the owner or one of the employees of the store walked out and personally told me to get the f*** out of his parking lot me and my husband was sitting there because our truck had ran hot and we were waiting for it to cool down he did not believe us so he told us to f****** leave or he was going to call the cops is this how you treat customers put us down you acting the way you did Sir shows very poor manners and character of who you are by assuming whatever and being rude as can be you my friend just put yourself as beneath me . Profiling your customers is bad poor choice of character.

Terrible customer service, extremely rude. It's like they're doing you a favor by you spending money there. The icee machine was broken so when I put the cup underneath water came out so I threw cup away. The owner threw a fit and demanded I pay for cup which of course I said no. A month later I went to get gas and he told me I wasn't allowed in store. This is in a very small town and luckily there is one more gas station down the road. I also heard they made someone pay for a straw. I am contacting the Shell franchise because this is ridiculous and I would hope they wouldn't want Shell represented this way. Oh, and they don't even speak to tell you your total you have to look at register and no hello or thank you!

The owner of the Shell station is the same owner of the restaurant and he is a jack ass. You cannot put gas and get food at the same time. It's ridiculous. I tried to get gas but I grabbed wanted to grab my sons food first because we were traveling from out of town, and the cashier told me to move my car or he would call the cops.

They have many items here that you really wouldn't think a small station/convenience store would have. Everyone here is friendly. It's also attached to Philly's restaurant, which is a plus!! We always buy gas here!
