Amazing experience at this great tire shop! Clean and friendly experience! Great prices and even better customer service. The younger man, who’s name starts with a “Q” was phenomenal. Don’t make a mistake like I did, and go to Jays.

I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get me in and get my tires changed. Both the employees I interacted with were very polite and professional. I try to support small businesses, and this one is worth it. You won't be disappointed in service and prices.

After going to Firestone in Kingsville Sunday after church and being told they could not help me with patching my tire, I needed to buy a new one and the price for one was insane, I said no thank you my fiancé works at a dealership we will wait. I decided yesterday evening to go to Ricks because filling the tire with air became a nuisance and the dealership my fiancé works at could not get to it yesterday! I was so pleased with the fast, efficient, friendly service I received at Ricks yesterday evening!! If you need tire service or any other service they provide do not hesitate to go there! They will come through for you!! I must add the pricing is hands down, amazing!! Thanks so much for the excellent customer service!!
