Pointed us in the right direction and let us shop without hovering over us. Once we made our selection, he explained the product wrote us a quote. We left. Two days later we were back to purchase. We were greeted in the same manner by another member of your staff. We told him we had been working with Charles, he quickly got Charles’s attention. Again very friendly and professional staff.We will be a Haverty’s customer from now on.We made our purchase and started looking at furniture for our next up grade. We were very impressed with the quality of the furniture in the show room. Again Charles didn’t hover over us but was easily available to answer our questions.
