Took an hour and a half to get a tire patched. They weren’t busy when we walked in but they took and finished another tire repair before ours so that was cool. When I finally asked the service guy if he was about finished because it was taking a really long time for a tire patch, he mocked me and repeated “really long time” and then proceeded to slow down as much as he could, finally lower the car off the lift, back it up, get out and walk inside without so much as a “hey sorry for the wait” or “go to hell” or anything. Left the door standing open and walked inside. Classy. Save your money and time and go somewhere where they actually want your business. And can change a tire without having to raise your car up higher than he could see. Up and down, up and down. It was quite a spectacle. Short man with big attitude.

This is the second time I had to get something fix on my vehicle good thing grand tire is here to help because I would be lost ? with out them thank you guys for doing such an amazing job and having good service my lil Chevy Malibu is all ways in good hands ? over here so come visit them if you have any trouble with your vehicles and their prices are well worth it trust me

Needed work on several different systems on my car. I'm very impressed with the courtesy and polite attention I received from the time I started the repair order, to the call I got from them explaining what was wrong, what needed to get fixed first and cost of each repair, all the way through to the final transaction of payment. They completely answered any questions and they finished the repairs that I chose in the time they said.

Rip off service! Tried making my sister in law buying 2 brand new tires for one tire that had a screw in the tread in it. All it needed was a plug. They would not plug it. They were going to make her buy two new tires. She has 4 new tires less than a month old. Brought the car to a different tire shop and they plugged the tire with no problem.

Diagnosis of problem with vehicle was quick and accurate. Joe ordered parts and installed them within and hour and one half the next day. Very quick and efficient. Highly recommend Grand Tire.

Have used this place for a couple of years now. They work on both my Ford 150 and my Chrysler Town and Country. Also work on my son-in-law and daughter's vehicles. They have ALWAYS done an excellent job. I highly recommend them!
