First, the car wash works great. The issue that I encountered was untrained staff as well as no staff helping at the entrance. I signed up for a monthly plan, but when I went back for my next wash, I wasn’t entered in correctly as a monthly plan. Also, they didn’t add my current card when I gave it to them. The issue was finally resolved, but employees need better training and need to pay attention to issues occurring at the entrance.

Great car wash, employee's do a pre wash of your vehicle before you go through the car wash.

Will never use Floyd's carwash again! Nor can I recommend that anyone use them. My wife and I had 2 vehicle memberships with Floyd's and I have been using them for a couple of years. Two weeks ago, I drove my car through the wash before heading out of town for meetings. Everything seemed fine and normal upon entering Floyd's carwash. Right before reaching the end of the wash, I heard a loud thud against the rear of my vehicle. I exited the wash and pulled up to the office where I noticed that the passenger side rear bumper had been pulled away from my car. I notified the manager who took pictures and filled out an incident report. The manager advised that ownership would contact me. I continued out of town for my meetings and hadn't heard anything from anyone a week later. So, I took it upon myself to take my vehicle to Devon's body shop for a repair estimate. Devon advised that the tabs that secure the bumper cover onto the vehicle had been broken and the bumper cover would have to be replaced and painted to secure it back. I have included estimate and damage complaint in comments. I then, dropped off a copy of the estimate for repair to Floyd's and again ask yo be contacted by ownership since no one had contacted me. A week later(today), I have been contacted by "a manager", not ownership, and advised that they will not cover the over $1,000 dollars worth of damages done to my vehicle.

We go through here when we want our vehicle to look presentable. (We live on a rock road) The car wash does not clean the back of the vehicle good at all. Even after the employees spray some stuff on it. We don't usually use the space provided to clean the inside. We have come through here about 3-4 times in the 5 years we have lived here.

I have used this car wash and the one near neighborhood walmart on 28 E, pineville, La.I feel like this one cleans my car better but there is no restroom for customers to use and it takes a while to clean the car after it is washed. OLD people, like me, need a restroom available.This is my only issue with Floyd's. This one is also easier access with the traffic light at the corner.
