Completely dissatisfied, there is bondo an sanding dust throughout the back of my truck, my headliner was not fixed it actually looks worse. There are still dents and scratches in my truck, the laramie badge was not put back on my tail gate, there is white residue all over my back weather tech floor mat, the clear coat on the edges of my doors is rough, there are 2 bubbles in the clear coat on the roof of my truck, there are swirls and lines all in the clear coat from buffing, wax on my tail light and windshield whipers, the back cap on my running board was not fixed and to top it off I was told it would take 2 weeks tops and it took 49 days wich cost me several hundred dollars extra on a rental. For this poor quality of work they charged over 15,000 for dents and scratches and a leaking sun roof an headliner with water stains that wasn't fixed or replaced that now has dirty finger prints on its as well as bondo dust, needless to say today is Thanksgiving an if they are open tomorrow I will be back.

I was told that my car was still waiting on a part back in early October. I was told the part was still waiting to come in after receiving 2-3 different pick up dates. Fast forward to November 9, I was told the part that was ordered was wrong so the new part that was ordered would take 5 days to come in. It is now November 17 and I have yet to receive the part, or a call with any updates.

My wife took her vehicle in their to have the rear end repaired. The work was good, however floor mat came up missing and their were sunflower seeds in the floor. The lady behind the counter played on her phone for over ten minutes when we were trying to get the vehicle and did not acknowledge her existence.Service: Body & Trim

Advance kept me up to date on the progress on my car and had it ready in no time. They did an amazing job. Very pleased with their job in getting my car in mint condition. Have used them before and will continue to use them. Highly recommend them.

It was great fast service until the agency who took my info an put it in the computer was awfully sick. I could smell the mucus like needs anitbotic, an at home resting I had my mask on nobody else

They made everything easy. The repairs were done amazing you couldn't even see a dent. Paint matched, all the parts came in super quick. The whole process took two week. A week to get the parts and a week to do repairs, I'll be going here in the future.

After being rear-ended, they got my car back to good as new. There was an issue with the new bumper that I wouldn't have noticed but they made sure I was aware and had me bring it in to replace it.

I set up an appointment, I dropped my car off, went on vacation, everyday I got a text message that my car was unlocked or locked, THAT let me know they worked on my car, to have it readyby the pickup date. They were awesome, they did GREAT workon my car, and it was READY by the time I came back from vacation.Services: Painting
