I went in to help my father get a new battery cable for his car. The employee would answer my questions while looking at my father, and never addressed me directly. This is fairly common for this area, but it gets real old real quick.

Great service from staff with greetings, help, good prices and good quality merchandise. I recommend to anyone looking for parts or even cosmetic enhancements to personal vehicles, from little trees to transmissions. My last encounter got me the correct weight of motor oil, amount, correct filter and cheap but good quality tools to change the oil. Management was amazing with how they address the workers and everyone looks like they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Great place 10/10! This is all honesty and no I am not a robot. Robots can’t do this ?????? ?️

Outstanding service. They tested the battery in my truck and advised me that it was bad. I purchased a new battery, and they installed it for me. All in less than 30 minutes.

My husband and I went in there this morning maybe around 8am. I asked for help from this young lady and she helped me then went on to working to overly full carts of merchandise. When all of a sudden I hear what I am assuming to be the manager start to yell for the young lady. I felt so bad this young woman. The young lady went to her. The manager started yelling you are complaining about your assignment the young lady tried to reply but the manager kept yelling. At this point I found my husband who was being helped by the sweet young man at the register and was very pissed at the management skills. The young lady was standing there trying to tell her side while being yelled at in front of us and the few other people in there. The young lady finally raised her voice to be heard im assuming. So the manager snatched the young lady's scanner thing out of her hand told her to clock out and stop yelling in front of the customers. Then they walked to the counter and she yelled for another gentleman who came in and was backing the manager up. So this young lady again started raising her voice bc they were talking over her and wouldn't let her speak. They then told her to take it to the back. We could still hear the young lady as she was obviously trying to defend herself. I walked out when I seen the young lady do something on the computer with her purse in her hand. I don't know what she could have done so wrong to be yelled at in front of customers. I waited in my car for my husband when I seen this young woman walk out with tears in her eyes. I asked what had happen and she wouldn't tell me. Instead she said she was fine it was a miscommunication and asked how my day was. I gave her my business card and offered her a job where she would never get humiliated like that again. She thanked me and went off to her car. If this young lady whom I found out is named ash comes to me for a job she has it. I will never walk back in that store again with the way that lady treated that young woman. I hope this review gets this corrected. Nobody she be treated like that in public. She could have taken her to the office and had a talk with that young lady. There is a thing called constructive criticism and that was just straight up abuse in power no where in that was constructive.

I just purchased a USB power pack. When i got to my vehicle, i opened box up and nothing was in it. I immediately went back inside to show & tell cashier. She informed me there was nothing she could. That she should've checked the box but she didnt. So auto zone on monroe hwy is that the policy for a valued customer!!! Very upset no stars

Ashley, kee'wanna both are awful with customer service, I went in to ask about a return policy, and I was yelled at, and at first I was plain out ignored, they both looked very aggravated to 'help' me, the store manager April is also the type to walk to the back when she sees you walk in if she doesn't like you. One of the worst AutoZone I have ever been to, and I have been a regular for a while, will never go back
