“I am sorry Mrs. Linda Daigrepont if you were disappointed in the customer service. We took your car in the same day you showed up and it just worked out that we could take you home.We are a small shop and one of our workers was in the hospital and we just didn't have anyone to deliver it to you in the time you needed on the day the repairs were done . We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had to get someone to bring you to get it. We normally don't do that anyway in case of instances like this. We had just happened to be able to the day you showed up. Again we are very sorry!”

“An excellent experience with All Pro. Our car needs a 22-inch specialized type of tire, and I thought I'd need to look in Baton Rouge or somewhere else, or online to find a set. A friend referred me to All Pro and after a quick visit they had appropriate tires located, and I was back in a couple days to have them installed on my chosen appointment date. Tim and his team are competent and focused on great work and great customer service. Pricing is very fair and you can tell you are dealing with people of integrity. “I had a 2010 Ford fusion with brake issues and I took it to four different brake shops/mechanics and none of them including the Ford dealership. Could fix the brake issue so I walked into Henry’s and told him my issue and he explained to me that aftermarket master cylinder will not line up with the brake booster in, a “throwaway car”. I don’t take my vehicles anyplace else”
“Above and beyond service. I needed tires for an older heavy duty vehicle. Great prices compared to others in the area. Got ready to leave and had a puddle of coolant under the vehicle. Plus my battery died. Within a couple of minutes I had a bucket of water, and a jump to get me going. I always have had good prices on all my tire needs there. I will send all my friends there and continue using them with any business I can give them. Great staff friendly service.”
