Worst atnt experience ever. The sales guy pretended to be nice and got me buying the phone together with the plan upgrade. Turns out he estimated $100+ less than the actual price PER month so you can guess what happens when I see my bill after the purchase. Atnt customer service spent 3 hours resolving my case, I went back to the store and the sales guy who I spent over an hour two weeks ago pretended like he never met me and has no memory of the purchase literally two weeks ago. Spoke to another rep and he said it was just an estimate and not the actual bill. I wasn't even gonna bother to write a review but the customer service person told me that I should. I begin to wonder if the estimate is even done intentionally wrong. This is really really bad, just terrible. Change your staff please, you can't only be nice when trying to sell and all careless after the sale especially when the mistake is on your end.

This store is very unprofessional! I was visiting from out of town (Texas) and wanted to put my sister in law on my plan. The wait wasn't too long, which was nice. And all our questions were answered. HOWEVER, once we got back to my sister in law's house, we noticed her new phone had no SIM card. So, we had to go back to the store the next day (our last day in NC) to get the SIM card put in our phone. The young man who helped us originally, Manhar, argued with my daughter saying he DID put the card in the phone. (he later realized he didn't) We were offered a $30 credit, but the store said they couldn't do it and we would have to do it online. I know for a fact that corporate stores CAN do that. The online chat in the website offered me $10! That's almost an insult. He never even asked us about a trade-in phone! We never even thought about that - but that's not our job to think about things like that. There were more employees walking around the store than customers being helped. I hope that if you're thinking about going to this particular AT&T Store, that you think again. Please read the reviews first. We went to this location, as we were shopping at Carolina Place Mall and it was convenient. Next time, I'll just do everything online or at another location!

This store has the worst customer service, and they do not honor their promotions. We worked with the sales rep Michelle to upgrade one of our phone lines. She sold us 2 free months of internet service, which we agreed too. After 2 weeks, we decided we did not want the internet service so we cancelled. We received a bill for $150 more than our normal bill which included the first months charge of internet service among other unexplainable fees. When I contacted Michelle she had me on hold for over 45 minutes and said she would call me back so she can review my account with her manager. Needless to say, she never called back. We had to contact the ATT loyalty program for further assistance. After 6 calls, over 4 hours on hold, the poorest customer service from Michelle, and never hearing back from her manager, our issue was not resolved. Today we contacted the loyalty program and finally we were able to get some assistance. I will never purchase or upgrade from this location. And as a business owner, my company has contracted with ATT for my employees phone services. Effective May 1st, we will not be renewing our phone contracts.

Horrible customer service. Got around 10 AM on a weekday, waited for about 25 minutes due to Covid protocol, however, when 3 persons got inside, I was not listed on the "check-in page"... the manager told me that I was going to be assisted immediately, When "Michelle" came, I told her I was looking to trading in my old phone and looking to upgrade old my phone. I was running out of time, told Michelle, I needed to get back to work, she asked me a lot of questions, even about my ID, I gave her my ID but before asked her why. Anyway, after waiting for about 2 hours, she started talking about only one plan, the unlimited plan! That was the only one that they must sell. Because I was very clear: I did not need an apple watch, HBO max, unlimited things... Just my phone number. After the two hours, she was calculating and writing down a lot of information (? She told me if I wanted to upgrade my phone I should have that plan! Oh, and the phone should arrive at least in 2 months. I couldn't believe the waste of time I experienced. When I was on my way out, I asked her if she can email me the plan, (I needed to think about keeping that carrier or another one). She told me the email went and got back home. Before the store closed that day, I called and the manager answered and I told him about my poor experience. He didn't care at all. He told me the email was going to be sent again. One week later I'm still waiting for the email. Worst customer service! I'll keep AT&T but I will be going to a new store that does not have terrible customer service.

BE CAREFUL. I have been cheated by this store. I asked the representative his name and he was not ready to share his name but eventually said his name is Eddie. The store manager name is Eric. I would not recommend buying anything from the store. Be careful, as they will add extra charges which they will not fix. I have been at it for 8 months and have not had any Relief to the errors on my bill.

Excited that after several months of fighting with my phones storage capacity I made the decision to come back to AT&T to buy their new I phone 11. Walking into this store to purchase the new Apple I phone 11 pro I was greeted by a young man who immediately began what he thought was a good idea - his sales pitch - filled with classless jokes and ridiculous banter. He began by insulting what I was wearing . I was so embarrassed I couldn't believe it. I was shocked and tried to laugh it off though I was really just shocked at his audacity and rudeness. His mindless games contained ... it almost felt like I was stuck in a bad merry go round routine of Abbott & Costellos ' who's on first '. Constantly joking and at some points actually insulting me and making jokes of my name, he continued to badger me with what he must have thought was wit - but I found annoying and right out rude. Apparently their employee felt my $1100.00 purchase didn't matter as he actually said 'whatever' when I told him I would leave and go elsewhere. I ended up giving up and leaving . I guess I should have checked the stores reviews as this store has problems with really poor customer service. I did call AT&T corporate office and they looked into my transaction and told me they would report the incident to their store Mgr. Clearly the kids they have working there don't understand customer service and have no concept of etiquette. Bottom line : Avoid this store . You're welcome.

Every Christmas my wife and I go to the Pineville location to upgrade our 6 phones we have. Today we scheduled an appointment and showed up. When the sales person asked us what we needed he sounded confused we said our name was on the list. He didn't want to help us at all about our account. I finally talked to ATT and purchased what I needed and it is being delivered to my home today. She was able to see the person at the store that accessed my account and made a report to the management at ATT.

My account was messing up I can't login to pay my bill, I'm coming to the 9433 PINEVILLE store then someone can help me with my payment,if I walk in the store all the sale representative not busy,if I walk in one of them ask me need help, I told him can he help me to pay my bill because I can't login to my account, then he ask me information to login after that he told me can I do him the favorite go to the kiosk machine to pay, i feel if you coming to open the new line or get new phone they are very welcome but They don't like to help you with anything else if they don't get benefits from you service, very bad customer service I'm recommend go to different place if you can.

Walked in to two customers and three employees. I was told that I was next and asked to sit. Two employees were assisting one family and the other was assisting one customer. After waiting 30 minutes and it being 8pm, I approached the sales associate and asked when he thought we'd be helped. He actually responded, when we are done. So I said to the two women, can one of you assist us? The one said, no, I'm the supervisor and I'm translating. I said, can you cover the rest of the transaction so that she can help us? Her response was that since she was the supervisor she doesn't get credit for sales. Let me be clear. It doesn't matter one iota, to me, who receives credit for the transaction. If you have three capable employees, you should be assisting the three customers in your store. It's just that simple. Update: we waited an hour for assistance and the young man that helped us was awesome. His name is Justin and he was helpful and very cordial. I'd like to share that he, too, did not receive credit as we had an insurance claim to file. Shame on the young woman 'supervisor'. She has a lack of leadership and I also blame her manager as clearly she's not been mentored well.

My review is not about the store but about the service of AT&T. I blocked a few people on my cell and got voicemail from the same people and AT&T's response is their system only blocked calls and voicemail can get through which makes no sense to me because blocked means absolutely no contact so this is total nonsense and I am beyond outraged that I can not get any kind of help from them. We are talking a serious problem and there is absolutely nothing they can do with all the technology they have. I can't even believe the total crap I got but I can call the police is what they want their last response was like thanks for wasting my time!! Blocking people is a way of getting peace from people who are harassing you and it means no contact so why do I have their service if they can't provide protection. I wouldn't recommend their problem solving for anyone and I never had a problem with AT&T prior to this but now its a problem!!

Customer service I visited this store after not being helped on the phone . I have been a customer since 2007. The manager of the store MATT was not helpful at all, his demeanor was disgusting and not personable at all. They were all robotic in their customer service . DO NOT VISIT .

This phone number must be wrong. When you call the number goes to being disconnected. I'm not sure this is a business even though they are listed on the ATT website.

Promises and didn't deliver. I purchased home security system and AT&T did not deliver. First they missed our scheduled appointment and 2nd they didn't not bring all promised items in the package. Very frustrating when you have companies like ADT and CPI offering the same packages. installer was extremely nice.
