NO STARS!!!! If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. Do not take your precious pets there! This is the absolute worst grooming job i've ever seen!! They shaved her to the bone, they disregarded everything we talked about for her cut. My dog was very sluggish when I picked her up, almost as if they gave her something to calm her down without ever asking for my permission. The employees there are extremely rude and disrespectful. The whole time I was waiting, the lady at the front was bashing on the doodle breeds and talking very negatively about her clients with doodles. They will never get my service or my family's service again!! I REPEAT, Do not take your precious pets there!

We leave Millie there for grooming or boarding. They seemed very caring and so far we've been using A1 for several years without problems.

Not only did I enjoy this place for my little man, but on the day I got him back, he had been bathed and smelled soooo good. They even gave him a bandana, which was super cute. This was my first time using a pet boarding place, so my daughter and I were very nervous to leave him, but the people and the atmosphere were just nice. I will definitely use again. Thank you!!! ?

The only place we bring our Yorkie, Ms. Sophie. Truly wonderful people, always accommodating, and should there be an issue, whatever it takes to make it right, is quickly offered. Very reasonable priced. Plus if you need to board your lives one they do that as well. We recommend to all our friends and those compliments ours.

Hands down the best doggie groomer in CENLA. They did a phenomenal job on my Luna. Her clip and dip was perfect. She looks so good now. Thanks so much A1 pet boarding and groomers.
