This has always has been the best boudin in Louisiana. Their service and attitudes are excellent. The boudin is not “minced” meat and the rice is not mushy Amazing flavor and they don’t need to cut the boudin for you, it’s so perfect that the casing snaps when you bite it. Their smoked and jalapeño smoked sausage is excellent as well.They never miss!????

My favorite meat here is the stuffed pork chops. They do have some of the best smoked meat. My family and other people from Texas come here to buy their smoked meat it's that good.
