Haven't had me some etouffee since I lived in Gonzales..... I do have my own jambalaya and gumbo recipes from the good old days... But I'm going to try y'alls for sure. Take care????

Havent had a bad product from them yet. As a native Californian, I was in Donaldsonville for a business trip, stumbled across a bag of jambalaya, brought a couple home, and have been mail ordering religiously ever since 2002 or thereabouts. The Damn Good Stuff is a staple. Unless you're from the northeast, do the spicy.
