It's obvious they enjoy their work and seems a pleasant work atmosphere. But, the biggest surprise, was Angel refused to charge me! (I had to make him take a little something). “Friday morning I was about to leave on a camping trip when I noticed a problem with one of my tires. I brought my tire to Crossgates Firestone and within ten minutes they repaired my tire and had me out the door. “After calling and calling every place on my side of town (Gross Gates) with no one either A open or B ran out of brake tags i drove to Auto Masters... Jamie was awesome so nice and helpful totally understood what i was going thru. I'm guessing they hear it alot. She got me in and out for a brake tag. I highly recommend Auto Master. Great customer service was well. I will drive from now on to the other side of town just to deal with people that actually wanna help. “So I was at Sam’s club last month to replace 3 worn out tires but end up getting 4 All terrain Good Year tires since Sam’s gave me a deal worth $120 off with 5 year/ 60,000 miles warranty and 24/7 road side assistance for $950 bucks. I checked with Costco and local auto shops and this was the best deal and no one even came close. I went to Sam’s at the last minute without any appointment but early in the morning when they opened up and the guys there, accommodated me. It took couple of hours but I was able to do my groceries while they replaced all 4 tires. The staff was professional and courteous and I would recommend everyone to go to Sam’s for there tire needs for peace of mind.”

“Got a flat tire on a roadtrip and they were able to see us right away (an hour before closing!) It only took about 20 minutes total and $30 to get the tire inspected, patched, and filled, which was great because we were on a time crunch to get to a tour we had reserved, and we did end up making it just in time! We also had them do a brake inspection the next morning, which they did for free in about an hour. Thanks to the Slidell Firestone team for quick and thorough auto care to get us back on the road with minimal delay.”

Kaitlyn was the best to deal with on the phone, she was sweet and honestly tried to help get me the best tires and stay in budget. She even found tires that had a rebate! No one else would have done that. Orey is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and took the time to make sure I understood everything, which says a lot of how much he values his customers. In the last week we all seemed to have car issues, my sister, mom, dad, and grandma all went to him within a week and for each one they were just as honest and nice. This is a great family run business!”
