Cheap site rental in semi rural location. Maintenance of park not great, but then you get what you pay for.

Messer's Mobile Manor Inc. has been family owned and operated since 1964. We have been proudly serving the St. Tammany Parrish of Louisiana, which is 35 minutes north of New Orleans. All rentals are operated on month-to-month rentals, no leases available. Wifi and cable is available, please contact your provider for installation. We also have city water and city sewage.
