“I had purchased a firearm online and needed a local FFL. The site that I purchased from had Richies listed as a local FFL to send to, so I had it sent there. This was the most convenient and quickly done FFL exchange I have ever been involved in. I went to Richies the day after I purchased the firearm to let them know it was being sent. Filled out the contact form and payed the fee. Once the weapon arrived, they called me to let me know it was in. Went by to pick it up. Filled out the 4473 form for my background check and passed it. Walked out with my new EDC. They have earned all of my business from now on.”
