“Needed a battery for my truck. William was more than happy to help out. He quickly looked me up in the computer and politely let me know I've had the bad battery for 6yrs. Pretty awesome for a $200 battery! I definitely wanted another one Duralast GOLD. He came out to my truck in 95 degree weather and changed it out without complaining about the heat. It wasn't a very easy job as everything was corroded but he stuck with it and got it done. Thanks again William!”
