Called for Daikin warranty support and Mark came out the same day. He said he needed to order parts, which would be delivered in two days. Two days went by and that's the last i heard from him. Left over a dozen phone messages and text messages with no response. Now a week behind on the repair during August in Picayune. Hope Mark is OK.

Mark, the owner, was surprised to learn his company was assigned a job order by my home warranty to repair my AC system. He made room in his schedule to come by and he repaired it on the spot. The Home warranty people had screwed up the order, but Mark knew my wife was desperate to get it fixed because of the very high heat index and she had been waiting 4 days for the home warranty people to do their job. In these times when good customer service is rare, Adkinson Mechanical, LLC and Mark himself showed great professional and top customer service. I I met Mark he was nice and professional with me so I am not so sure the company that sent him is good. He was sent by choice home warranty and they reassigned my claim and started all over saying he refused to provide equipment and told them my attic was too hot and there no shade to work in for the ac. I have fou d out it was not on Mark and his company but on Choice, I know now they are garbage, I would use Marks company again, I will be dropping choice warranty though as this is not how to do buisness and blame the contractors and upset the clients at them and not taking responsibility. Mark Adkinson of Adkinson Mechanical LLC, Pearl River, LA was referred to me by Choice Home Warranty to replace what ended up being a faulty capacitor and wiring. I must say it at times is a rarity to be so fortunate to have such a qualified much less OUTSTANDING referral from a home warranty company, but in this case i got what i consider one of the best! I will continue to use Mr Adkinson’s services for the routine maintenance of my HVAC system and any other needs that my home warranty does not cover. I’m forever grateful for Mike!!! He was scheduled to come by Monday morning when my AC went out on a Saturday night, but he reached out early Sunday morning to come by. Mike diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. 10/10 would recommend!Service: Repair HVAC
