I ordered a beautiful, full dish garden with pink flowers and a pink bow for 83.99. I got a pitiful excuse of a dish garden that had some pink flowers and red carnations (I hate carnations) with no bow and when I called to say how displeased I was, all they kept saying was the ceramic dish was an upgrade from a basket. I would have preferred the basket with the beautiful full plants than the skimpy ones we got. Don't advertise something on your site if that's not what you are going to send when it's ordered.

I absolutely love the warmness of customer service from Mary’s flower shop. I called from Alabama and she made it so easy for me to order an arrangement for my mama’s birthday to be delivered in Vacherie.I’m placing all my orders with her from now on.Blessings and Happy New Year 2022

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is not to be trusted with your family business. Dana, who runs the shop now, is telling friend & family of ours who are trying to place flower orders about personal family matters. This is so inappropriate & so wrong on all levels of disrespect for our deceased family member. Not the way to run a business lady!

Went to Mary’s Flowers and Gifts looking for flowers for my mom and dad’s grave. I was beyond impressed with the service, pricing, and of course the flowers! Thanks so much for personalizing their flowers to suit our needs(hummingbirds). Will definitely go back there!

Online ordered a just because bouquet after hours the day before and Mary's took came through perfectly. A shipment of roses was late and they still fulfilled my order to perfection, including my AM delivery request.
