Gave a trade in on a vehicle and was told they never received the vehicle ...Was also sold a vehicle that had improper equipment installed on it,almost had a very severe wreck because of it. They will lie to you in a minute about a vehicle just to get a sale, knowing that the vehicle is dangerous and not road worthy... very upset !!!!!!!@

Had my truck towed by them back in October following a traffic violation. Ended up missing two Surefire flashlights ($200 each), an expensive set of ratcheting wrenches ($150) and two custom made knives ($400-450 total); do cops steal when they toss your vehicle? Who knows? Do cops usually steal a set of ratcheting wrenches? Probably not... did not file charges for lack of evidence but I was damn sure furious!!!!!

On behalf of Casey Gilley since she doesn't have Facebook: She used this Wrecker Service and was extremely happy with their service. They picked her and her car up from Baton Rouge and the driver Tim was very respectful and went out of his way for her dropping her home. there were a couple of times that she had to go to the shop and get stuff out her car and he gladly met her there and unlocked the shop for her. they really helped her get through this tough time and made her feel like an important person. She would highly recommend them as they were very professional and her experience as exceptional!
