“I cannot stress enough how pleasant and helpful this multi generational family shop is. Honest as can be they advised me when I went there asking about a bearing which could only be bought through Honda. They advised me I could order it cheaper myself rather than buy it through them. While speaking with the younger brother the older brother machined my clutch housing within 5 minutes. I’d do business with these guys over any other atv and truck repair shop because they are honest and truly care about the service they provide for the community.”

“One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I brought my trailblazer in due to a flat tire I had while traveling back home at night on the Basin bridge. I called the service center the next morning and left a message. A young lady told me someone would call me back. Mr. Robert Thibodeaux called me back within a minute. I explained my situation and he said I could come in at anytime. My tire unfortunately had to be replaced and could not be fixed, and the tire would need to be ordered. It would not be in until the next business day. It was currently Friday so that would not be until Monday unfortunately. I explained I commute daily from Lafayette to Baton Rouge and would not be able to ride on my spare. I would need a rental from Friday until Monday. Mr. Robert informed me of ARE rental that they work with frequently. He called them immediately on my behalf. He explained my situation and there was a rental ready for me at that moment. I told him I would have to go back home and have a relative bring me to pick up the rental. He was worried I might miss out on the rental. Then, one of the other employees, Ms. Deanna, unexpectedly and graciously offered to drop me to the rental place. I was really taken back by all the kindness. That saved me so much time. She was really friendly and nice. We had a great laugh on the way to the rental place. Two complete strangers lol I arrived to the rental place and Heather at ARE was already expecting me since Mr. Robert called and coordinated the rental. My rental was ready. Signed a few papers and went back to Courtesy to gather my belongings. The total to replace the tire was going to be over $250. Then, Mr. Robert inquired if I have the easy care package. I told him I was unsure but he proceeded to look into this for me anyway. He said he would continue to look into it and call me back with an update. He said if I had any questions or needed anything to please give him a call and gave me his card. Well, of course, he calls me back later and says, I was able to have the cost covered for you. No payment will be required. Wow. Because of his initiative, dollars were saved which is critical in today's economy. I am detailing all of this because, being stranded the night before on the basin bridge with heavy traffic while waiting almost an hour and a half for triple A was nerve wrecking in itself. I also had to be to work the next day. However, God was still good because He brought me home safely and put me in the path of wonderful employees such as Robert Thibodeaux and Ms. Deanna who made my experience and transition very smooth. I had much going on that day and they may have as well. We are all dealing with things daily at work and outside of work. But, despite that, they showed me, a stranger, exceptional and friendly customer service. These two are significant assets to your company and all around great human beings. I recommend recognition, raise, and promotion to the highest degree available. Thank you both so much for making that day better for me while you were dealing with 100 other things lol. 20 out of 10 stars. May God bless and favor you both. Sincerely---Dr. B. Charles.”

“Man I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. They did a really good job with my alignment. However when removing my old tire, the bead/inside wall got damaged in the process. I really wanted to keep it for a spare. Did some reading and apparently this is a common issue when Un-mounting old tires. They do have the best prices in Lafayette for vogue tires.”
“The battery on my car died today. I had it jumpstarted and drove my car to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Reese Street. They had the size battery I needed and installed it on my car. Plus, they were very nice. I'm a happy customer.”

“Today my dad and I stopped by this location and we were assisted by the Store Manager George A. , first let me begin by saying upon our entrance we were greeted by staff and asked if we needed assistance I approached counter, CSR didn’t have a direct answer and went to ask a member of management which happened to be George!I came to this location because I was cursed at and spoken to rudely and treated terribly by CSR’s at the Saint Martinville (#3055) never ever again will I allow my dad to shop there! George A. deserves an applause because he went the extra mile to get our return handled and it was done effectively and professionally. His staff is also well polished and groomed by that I mean they all are friendly, they aren’t afraid to help customers, and I noticed while waiting in line a CSR went outside to help a customer install a battery!!!! Great job!!!You guys all deserve an applause. When customers feel appreciated that’s what makes us remember to come spend our money here!! Thank you guys for your service here at AUTOZONE! George thanks for getting us a solution for our return and thanks for being respectful about it. I surly hope Saint Martinville gets new staff.”

They are knowledgeable, helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure you get the right parts. When you go to any business, and see the same people working there for years, they have to be doing something right.”
“My family was heading to Alabama when our vehicle broke down off I-10 in the middle of now where. We reached out to Doan Complex and this guy was an angel. He got us a tow truck, Looked at our vehicle at his shop, and shipped our vehicle to Texas. Son, the owner of the company, went out of his way to help my family.”
