I placed an order online on January 26th and received email confirmation. It is now February 15th and I have not received any further information. I did order something that is monogrammed, and need it by the beginning of March. Per their website, I ordered in plenty of time, yet I have reached out via email and phone regarding the status of my order, and haven’t heard anything. It seems I am not the only one who has had this issue.

Terrible experience. Ordered 3 items (2 items were monogrammed) for my son’s newborn pictures. Owner promised me it would ship out on a certain day (Sat), but did not ship out until Wednesday. I called on Wednesday, several times (with no answer), to inquire about my item. Finally, the owner states she had problems with her monogram machine and that it would ship out that day. I reminded her that I needed the items by Friday for pictures on Friday. She overnighted me the items BUT guess what, only 2 of the 3 items arrived. She “forgot to send” the 3rd item.

Horrible customer service. Ordered dress for my daughters baptism and it didn’t ship in time (despite what their shipping times say). I’ve reached out multiple times about a return and haven’t heard anything. I will never order from them again. Buyers beware.
