Great customer service! The staff were always friendly and properly addressed any of my questions and concerns that I had. I just wish that the ATM would accept cash or check deposits that would be a excellent addition to a excellent bank!

Since being switched to Hancock Whitney I’ve really haven’t had problems until recently. The online banking system will not me login in and I concerned about my finances here in this bank.

I have been with this bank for MANY years, since long before it was even Hancock. I've never had complaints and have always received prompt and courteous service but in the last 6 or so months that has changed. I am most often a drive thru customer cause it was always quick and easy....but not any more!! Always a minimum of 10 minutes in line even if there's only 2 cars. Today, with 10 cars in line and it being the weekend before Christmas, I waited 10 minutes and only 1 car moved....totally unacceptable!!! Cars were lined up blocking entrances to adjacent parking lots and walk in customer parking lots were full as well. Please address this issue!!

What did you do MidSouth? Already missing MidSouth bank. I wasn't too concerned about this merger and thought it was actually going to be beneficial but so far it has been a step down in the wrong direction, at least at this branch. The in person transactions come off as unprofessional. When going into a MidSouth branch and cashing a check or withdrawing money you were given cash in an envelope. If you requested a balance it was printed on a MidSouth receipt. Multiple times my wife has cashed a check at the new HW branch and she is just handed the cash with no envelope. She has also asked for a balance on a certain account while she is in there and the tellers there just write it on a post-it note and hand it to her. I don't need any kind of royal treatment but these little things also don't make me feel like an appreciated customer. At least try to be professional. Tellers at the same branch also recently incorrectly wrote our account number on the front of a check that was written to my wife. When she cashed it, it came out of our account not the check writers account. The teller blamed my wife because she wrote her name and account on the back of the check, which was always suggested in the past and we have been doing for over a decade. Not sure how long we'll be hanging around if these issues aren't addressed.

Just opened a business here & needed change for our cash drawer. No problem right I'll just run to the BANK and get some. Went to Whitney since it's close by and because I was thinking of moving my business account here for that reason (it's close). Had $60.00 in $20's and asked for change. Was told they can't give change because I don't have an account. Are you kidding me? It's not a check to cash! It's $60.00 in bills and asking for smaller bills. I can understand a retail business not wanting to let go their change but a freaking BANK. So much for moving my account to this place. Sad....Thankfully the good business folks here in Opelousas helped me out.
